It looks like Google now has a special page that provides a list of all the merchants participating in the Google Checkout program.

It looks, however, like Google may not be as amenable to customers splitting up their orders to take advantage of the discounts multiple times. At least a few shoppers that have made multiple purchases (around 10) have received emails from Google to ensure that the buyers aren't resellers taking advantage of this particular deal.
